Autocad electrical 201912/20/2023 It's really not the mere presence of the mismatched DLL files that's the problem, but rather a modification of a specific registry key that points to the file. The problem arises when you've got Office 2019 on the machine and then AutoCAD Electrical gets installed, which will provide the older (2016) version of the MSO.DLL. As the OP stated, if Office is version 2016, then there's no problem, as AutoCAD Electrical's installation of the 2016 Access Database Engine will also provide that same version of the MSO.DLL file. They key to data links is the usage of the MSO.DLL file from the current version of Office on the machine. It may be a bit late here, but I thought I'd throw in this bit of information.
